Anger Response

I am certified in Century Anger Management's model of teaching the                                          Eight Tools for Anger Management.  This program addresses many                                            different aspects of emotional health and communications skills that                                         can help most people learn to cope with stressful situations in a healthier                                   manner.  You will gain insights into how your thought patterns strongly                                      influence your behavior and how to make necessary changes for growth,                                     less stress, and improved personal and professional relationships.

Group anger management classes will be provided in a classroom type                                        setting.  We will discuss one tool per class for a total of eight weeks to                                      complete the program.  Classes are informal and group participation is                                      welcomed and encouraged.

Individual anger management coaching is a one-on-one service provided                                   to those uncomfortable with group settings or simply wanting individualized                               assistance.

If at any time during the program it becomes apparent that counseling                                       may be needed, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health                                      Service Provider and can provide therapy or a referral to a therapist.
