My Business

Anger Response was created to address the growing problems of anger and poor communication in our society.  The fast pace and high demands of today are leading to increasing levels of stress, higher expectations, and a focus on productivity.  
Poor communication skills, ineffective coping skills, and negative ways of thinking contribute to anger and stress in personal and professional relationships.  It is my hope to help individuals gain personal insights and to learn new tools for addressing problems in order for conflicts to be reduced and a healthier, more positive way of dealing with stressful situations to be achieved.

Who I Am

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider and have been working as a therapist since 1999.  I have been professionally licensed since 2001.  I received my graduate degree in counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.

I have experience with all age groups in therapy and address a wide range of issues.  I work with people on an individual level, in family sessions, or in groups.
